Matt D'Orazio passed for 302 yards with seven touchdowns while also running in for a score Sunday to lead the Philadelphia Soul over the San Jose SaberCats 59-56 in ArenaBowl XXII.

The Soul had been favored by 4.5-points in the game, but were unable to cover the spread. The combined score fell UNDER the posted over/under total (119).

Chris Jackson led the Soul with 11 receptions for 146 yards with three touchdowns, while Larry Brackens had two TD catches.

San Jose quarterback Mark Grieb threw for 299 yards with eight touchdown passes, while Jason Gathers hauled in five TDs in the loss.
