The San Jose SaberCats pounded the Grand Rapids Rampage 81-55 Saturday afternoon in the American Conference final to advance to the ArenaBowl.

San Jose covered the 6-point spread, and the combined 136 points sailed OVER the posted total of 119.

Mark Grieb tossed eight touchdowns and completed 24-of-30 for 255 yards in leading the SaberCats.

James McPherson completed 30-of-51 pass attempts for 314 yards with four touchdowns and five interceptions.
